But anyone who points out anything negative about this game gets shut down and flamed. It's sad, because this is supposed to be a forum where there is typically open discussion and a variety of ideas. Not saying this game isn't fun, but they danced a fine line between dumbing down and streamlining the first Final Fantasy online. Like Final Fantasy XI, Ragnarok Online, Tree of Savior, etc. There are MMOs with more JRPG qualities than the instance-focused WoW. Might I also suggest then you don't try XI as it too is an MMO. Kinda makes you look like an ass to complain about a game being an MMO and not a JRPG when it was designed to be an MMO. 引用自 Gearhart:So go play another FF might I suggest XV? its also on steam and wasn't designed to be an MMO like XIV was. I'd want to end my experience on a high note, unlike how Blizzard did with World of Warcraft. This latest expansion feels like the magnum opus. You've pretty much hit the nail square on the head, only difference is that I doubt I'll come back. I know I'll probably unsub after I finish this latest expansion for a month or two to play other games. When the game updates with more content, then you can reassess if you want to play this again or not. No changing of director, no drastic shift of gameplay will change that.ĭon't waste time hating on this game.

Sorry, but no matter how fantastic a game is, playing the same thing day in and day out will eventually lead to burnout. It gives me a chance to play other games in between. Wasn't this the game where they want you to play through the story, unsub, and come back later when they have more stuff to play through? If you liked the story and completed all the stuff there is to explore, I don't see a reason to stick around.
