When reading this, I kept wanting something to happen and it never did."Quarantine" was totally gripping & very exciting as well as very scary!!! I normally Don't like "Found Footage" type films, except for the Brilliant Blair Witch Project from 1999, anyway this movie looks & really feels like a real Documentary & puts you right there in the middle of the madness.
Throughout, I kept wondering just how much money the government was spending to catch a 70 year old mob guy…although clear that even though in the end they made the arrests, there is another guy ready to step in their footsteps to take their place. …and if you think that they pulled this guy off the case for just no reason, think again…politics were at play…now that would have been a real story…find out who is making money at the top and then you have your man…not a third rate hood. I think it shines a light on our government and accountability, the only heat he received from his boss was that he had to lose weight…never was there an urgency to get things done, clean house on build a was whenever so what…one day we wil l get them. His attempt to add color by bragging about how close he came to someone killing him or blowing his undercover was weak. The FBI agent seemed to enjoy the Gangster lifestyle without all the risk that comes with being a real gangster and always relying on the fact knowing that there are no legal consequences. I don’t think there is enough there worth seeing on the big screen.
